TERMS OF USE
Overview
Makeup Secrets/ makeupsecrets.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’/ ‘us’, ‘our’/ ‘Site’/ ‘Store’/ ‘Makeup Secrets’) is engaged in supply of products online. By visiting our Site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our ‘Supply’ and agree to be bound by the given terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions available by hyperlink on the Site. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers.
Supply of Products
We supply products online which are listed on the Site. The products are manufactured by us and are Made in India. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to receive the chosen product(s) in consideration for price listed on the Site.
Payment terms
Price of the products are listed on the Site. By placing an order, you accept to receive the chosen product(s) on the mentioned price.
We engage third party payment gateways for finalising your payments that operate within the scope of transaction security measures authorised by Reserve Bank of India. At the time of placing an order for product(s), you are directed to payment gateway of Razorpay. It is only on the given payment gateway that you are required to disclose your financial information such as Credit card or Debit card, Bank account or other online payment instrument details. You are not required to disclose your financial information other than as given above. We are not responsible for breach of information or improper transaction in this regard.
Shipping
We engage third party courier service providers for undertaking the shipment/transportation. We strive to ship accepted orders within 24 to 48 hours. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time for the product(s) to reach your doorstep would be 5 to 7 business days from the day of order acceptance. However, based on shipping destination/ your geographical location/ courier company’s logistics, the estimated delivery day/time may vary. In all circumstances, we strive to keep you apprised on your shipping/delivery status. The product(s) will be shipped at the shipping address mentioned at your end. We are not responsible for any error or mistake made at your end in filling/giving your details in reference to the same. Delivery fee will be calculated at the time of checkout and will vary based on the shipping zone of the customer.
Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled as long as item(s) have not been picked up by the delivery partner. Once shipped, Orders cannot be cancelled.
We will accept returns within 7 days from delivery. Products must be returned in new condition. To begin a return, simply follow the steps below:
- E-mail us on support@makeupsecrets.com
- State your reason for returning, and attach a picture/video of the product
Note: Same steps as above for defective items
After your return request has been processed, the delivery partner’s representative will collect the box.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return process.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Store.
We reserve the right to refuse any Order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per Order. These restrictions may include Orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Limitation on quantity
Certain products may be available exclusively on the Site for a short duration. These products may have limited quantities. These products may or may not be subject to return or exchange. The exclusive policy for such products will be mentioned with the given products itself and the same will apply, notwithstanding the general policy mentioned in these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product(s) that we offer. All descriptions of Product(s) or Product Pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
We aim to maintain accurate product/pricing information on the Site. However, inaccuracies may occur. If there arises any information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability then, in such an event, we reserve the right to amend the inaccuracy at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property rights
Makeup Secrets is the brand of Indeutsch Industries Private Limited and the intellectual property rights of Makeup Secrets/ its logo vests solely with Indeutsch Industries Private Limited. No person or entity is permitted to infringe or copy similar Trade Mark/Logo in India or elsewhere in the world. Suitable action will be taken by us in accordance with law on becoming aware of any person infringing /copying our intellectual property.
User Comments, Feedbacks, and other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Site or any other website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours and images of the products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor/phone’s display on any colour will be at variance with the images on the Site. Any variation in the colour scheme seen online with the offline product will not be considered as a defective item.
For supplying our products online, we use third party service providers/ third party tools. For instance, the Site is operating on the Shopify platform. The Site uses payment gateway of Razorpay. The Site uses courier services of third parties for shipping the products at your doorstep. Any disruption at the end of third-party service providers will impact disruption on the Site. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. You agree that from time to time there may arise disruption on the Site for technical reasons, without notice to you.
In no case shall Makeup Secrets, our parent company Indeutsch Industries Pvt. Ltd., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Site or any product(s) procured from us, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Site and the product(s).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Makeup Secrets and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, service providers, employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your State or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your State or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to trademark laws).
Entire Agreement
The failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Supply constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the same, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Governing Law
The supply of products and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts/Tribunals of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute that may arise.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Force Majure
Any delay or failure on our part in performing any of our obligations under this Term of Use resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limiting to, strikes, riots, protests, mass demonstration, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemic, outbreaks, earthquakes, wars, civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage; acts of civil or military authority government imposed restrictions or lockdowns, civil commotion, fire, floods, explosions, acts of God, acts of State, etc. (‘Force Majeure’) for a period that such Force Majeure event subsists. It is agreed that our obligations under this Term of Use shall continue to remain suspended for a period of 30 days from the date of cessation of the Force Majeure event.
