Refund policy

Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled as long as item(s) have not been picked up by the delivery partner. Once shipped, Orders cannot be cancelled.

We will accept returns within 7 days from delivery. Products must be returned in new condition. To begin a return, simply follow the steps below:

• E-mail us on support@makeupsecrets.com
• State your reason for returning, and attach a picture/video of the product

Note: Same steps as above for defective items

After your return request has been processed, our delivery partner’s representative will collect the box.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return process.

Shipping fees is not refundable.
